Custom designed and manufactured liquid oxygen coaxial pneumatic run valve, machined from stainless steel, launched in a hybrid rocket at the FAR-OUT 2025 Competition. Designed to flow 2.5 kg/s of 700psi liquid oxygen at -180°C.
Onboard regulated pressure for liquid oxygen. Contains COPV, dome loaded regulator, and custom high pressure quick disconnect. Pilot pressure is used to control three custom pneumatic valves designed and machined in house.
3D printed battery mount designed from scratch. Iterated design to be lightweight, space efficient, modular, and structurally capable of holding battery under flight conditions
